Overview

Sitecore XM Cloud Migration was a large-scale project to migrate and rebuild 7 enterprise websites onto the modern Sitecore XM Cloud platform. As Technical Lead, I led a team of 18 engineers to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

1. End-to-End Technical Delivery

• Led technical delivery for multiple XM Cloud websites simultaneously.
• Customized XM Cloud features and integrations to meet enterprise requirements.
  
  

2. Architecture Design

• Defined frontend and backend architecture for headless CMS delivery.
• Established coding standards, data structures, and governance frameworks.
  
  

3. DevOps & CI/CD

• Set up CI/CD pipelines on Vercel for rapid deployment.
• Integrated Okta for enterprise SSO and authentication.
  
  

4. Enterprise Search

• Implemented advanced enterprise search features for content discovery.
