Overview
This project involved defining the strategic roadmap for migrating Petronas (a global energy giant) from legacy monolithic CMS to a modern Headless Architecture using Sitecore XM Cloud.

The scope covered ~12 enterprise websites with complex legacy dependencies.

- Analyzed the existing Sitecore XP footprint.
- Identified migration risks and complexity drivers.
- Proposed a "Phased Rollout" strategy to minimize business disruption.

- Designed the blueprint for Headless Content Delivery.
- Decoupled the frontend (Next.js) from the backend CMS.
