Overview

OSOC Singapore was a headless eCommerce platform for a global massage chair and sofa manufacturer. As Team Leader, I led a team of 30 engineers — the largest team in my career — to deliver a complex commerce solution with POS and payment integrations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Infrastructure
- Define infrastructure and overall technical architecture
- Lead and manage a delivery team of 30 engineers
- Establish coding standards and perform architecture-level code reviews
2. Commerce Modules
- Design and implement complex commerce modules:
- Shipping calculation
- Tax computation
- Payment processing
- Cart customization
- Dynamic pricing
3. Integrations
- POS Integration: Connect online orders with in-store point-of-sale systems
- Atome Payment: Enable buy-now-pay-later payment option
- SSO: Single sign-on across platforms
4. DevOps
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Octopus
