OSOC POS Integration

OSOC Singapore was a headless eCommerce platform for a global massage chair and sofa manufacturer. As Team Leader, I led a team of 30 engineers — the largest team in my career — to deliver a complex commerce solution with POS and payment integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Infrastructure

  • Define infrastructure and overall technical architecture
  • Lead and manage a delivery team of 30 engineers
  • Establish coding standards and perform architecture-level code reviews

2. Commerce Modules

  • Design and implement complex commerce modules:
    • Shipping calculation
    • Tax computation
    • Payment processing
    • Cart customization
    • Dynamic pricing

3. Integrations

  • POS Integration: Connect online orders with in-store point-of-sale systems
  • Atome Payment: Enable buy-now-pay-later payment option
  • SSO: Single sign-on across platforms

4. DevOps

  • Define and implement CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Octopus
